Five minutes on the one question most owners have never been asked

Watch this first

Your LLC filing named an owner. This workshop tells you whether it named the right one.

An LLC tells the state what your business is called. It does not tell a lender, a lawsuit, or the IRS who should own it. That question decides whether you are personally on the hook, whether a second business starts from zero, and whether your company can ever get funded in its own name. In twenty minutes you answer it, on paper.

What you decide inside

Three ownership positions. You circle one.

1

Sole ownership, no separation

You personally own the LLC. Simplest to set up, most exposed, and the hardest position to get funded in the company's name, because on paper there is no company. There's you, with a different name.

2

One entity, plus a trust

The LLC is owned by a trust instead of by you. Separates ownership from you as a person. Still simple to run. Doesn't scale the day you add a second business or revenue stream.

3

The full Trinity

A trust owns a holding company, the holding company owns the operating companies, and a nonprofit runs alongside for mission work. Each piece protected from the others. The one Dr. Barnes built for herself.

The worksheet asks four questions about your business and shows you the position most owners in your situation choose. General information, worded that way on purpose. Your attorney or CPA confirms it; the workshop makes sure you walk in knowing what to ask.

Who it's for

Made for the woman with an LLC and a feeling the foundation isn't finished

This is for you if

  • You formed an LLC and never touched it again, and your name is on the ownership line
  • You have, or plan, more than one business or income stream
  • You carry, or want to carry, a mission or charitable arm
  • You want funding to land on the business, and the business to outlive you

What you'll walk away with

  • Your business placed in Position 1, 2 or 3, in your handwriting
  • The one drawing to take to your attorney or CPA, so that meeting costs less
  • The vocabulary: trust, holding company, operating company, nonprofit, and the word "owns" between them
  • Fifteen minutes with Dr. Barnes after you submit the worksheet, and a straight answer about whether the $197 Mapping Session is next

Why I do this

I lost a seven-figure company to one line on a form.

I built a single-member LLC into a mental health hospital doing multiple seven figures, and I lost it. Not because of the money. Because of who owned it. The LLC was mid-conversion when a problem hit, and the foundation couldn't hold the weight.

Funding was never my problem. Who owned the company was.

So I rebuilt, and this time I started with the owner line. A trust, a holding company, the operating companies, a nonprofit alongside. Twenty-plus entities later, it's the same four boxes, and the same decision, I put in front of you in this workshop.

Six questions

Is this legal or tax advice?

No. Dr. Barnes is a Business Developer, Funding Strategist, and Business Loan Broker, not an attorney or CPA. The workshop shows you the three positions and the one most owners in your situation choose; your attorney or CPA confirms it for your state. You'll walk into that meeting knowing what to ask.

My LLC is already set up. Do I have to start over?

In most cases, no. Your operating company usually keeps doing what it does. The question the workshop answers is who should sit above it.

How long does it take?

About twenty minutes for the video, plus the worksheet while you watch. Most women finish in one sitting.

What happens after I buy?

Stripe sends you straight to the workshop page. Video on top, worksheet underneath. Submit the worksheet when you've circled your position, and you'll get a link to fifteen minutes with Dr. Barnes. She looks at your circle with you and tells you plainly whether the $197 Mapping Session is your next step. No pitch before the worksheet is done.

Do I have to get on a call?

No. The call is offered after the worksheet, and it's there for you, not for a pitch. Plenty of women take their circle straight to their attorney and skip it. If you already know the Mapping Session is next, the link is on the workshop page too.

Is this the same as the free Trinity Map?

The free map shows you the shape. The workshop walks you through deciding your own position, with Dr. Barnes talking you through each one, and the worksheet is built for your business, not a sample.

Twenty minutes. Four questions. One circle.

Who should own your business?

Decide it today, for thirty-seven dollars, and take the drawing to the people who charge by the hour.
