Funding was never my problem. Who owned the company was.

I learned the order by losing everything.

I built a single-member LLC into a seven-figure mental health hospital. We served hundreds of clients, employed more than two dozen staff, and used every one of the five funding lanes: cash flow, grants, government contracts, bank lines, and sponsorships.

Then I lost it. The restructuring I had planned was right, but the paperwork didn't process in time, and that gap cost me the business, years of work, and very nearly more than that. My faith was low. It's also what brought me back.

"I lost everything because my foundation wasn't filed in time. Now I make sure no woman builds on a foundation that can collapse."

The turn came when a big bank turned down my husband's construction company. I spent six weeks asking our banker every question I should have asked the first time, and I learned the order the banks use: foundation, then documentation, then funding.

We scaled that company to seven figures in its first year of development. I became a Funding Strategist and Business Loan Broker, rebuilt my own foundation into more than twenty entities across ministry, mission, and marketplace, and started teaching other women the order I had to learn the hard way.
